Facebook 'App Economy' Contributes $15 Billion to U.S. Economy

Facebook and the programs and apps that people use in conjunction with it creating jobs and pouring revenue into the suffering economy. According to a study from the University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business, the Facebook App Economy created 182,000 jobs and contributed between $12 and $15 billion to the economy this year.
