Junior Hockey Players Trials

Karachi, Oct 13: The trials to select junior hockey players will be held at the Hockey Club of Pakistan Stadium here on Saturday Oct 14, 2011.Eighteen players would be selected in the trials.

 Former Olympian, Hanif Khan, will be the chief selector. He said he is confident about the juniors.

“I have seen the boys in action a couple of times and I am confident that Pakistan senior team will be getting good replacements in future,” the former Olympian said.

“Despite criticism from some quarters, Pakistan hockey future is bright,” he added.
