Tip for Sudents to improve concentration span

Students these days have low concentration span. Meditation can help improve it.
Few tips below may help you do meditate at any time.

1. Breathing deep slows the heart rate, relaxes the muscles, focuses the mind and is an ideal way to begin practice. Breath deep when you are frustrated and let it go out of you.
2. Meditate with Purpose The art of focusing your attention to a single point is hard work, and you have to be purposefully engaged!
3. You may at time start feeling its useless but focus in on your breath and let the frustrated feelings go.
