Carleton Students Celebrate Halloween Protesting UPass Cost Increase

OTTAWA: Students at Carleton University celebrated their Halloween mourning the increase in the cost of the yearly bus passes. The students, dressed as zombies, marched around the main bus stop, believing that this increase would be an end to affordable transport. The plan proposes to increase the annual cost of the pass from $290 to $360.
