Exoplanet Count to 700

The latest exoplanet count has been updated to 700 as per the European count. It refers to the number of plantes around stars we see by naked eye. Two organisations who take up the job of counting these (new/evolving) counts  , namely NASA and European count. The latter keeps updating its announcements.

"The present count stands at 702 exoplanets, according to the Extrasolar Planets Encyclopedia, a database compiled by astrobiologist Jean Schneider of the Paris-Meudon Observatory".
