Islamabad, Pakistan: Higher Education Council and Federal Officials are confused over the notification by Cabinet Division which said that Commission for Standards for Higher Education was transferred to National Regulation and Services Division. People working in HEC never thought that such a commission ever existed.
What they are fearing is the transfer of powers by Government from HEC to a new department.
