Liverpool, Manchester City and Cardiff City qulify for Carling Cup finals

Sergio Aguero scored the decisive goal
November 29: Liverpool again defeated Chelsea 2-0 in Carling Cup quarter-final at Stamford Bridge on Tuesday.
Maximiliano hit a left-footed shot to the left corner of the goal to lead Liverpool on 58 minutes.
Just 5 minutes later Martin Kelly nodded the ball into the net on Craig Bellamy's free kick to double the lead.
Bellamy produced a wonderful performance and assisted both the goals. Only 48 hours back his friend Gary Speed (Wales manager) died. He was found hanged at his home on Sunday.
The defeat for Chelsea was 3rd out of the last 4 home matches at Stamford Bridge. Under pressure Andre Villa Boas said that the performance was not good enough.
Sergio Aguero late goal steered Manchester City to the Carling Cup semi-finals as City beat Arsenal 1-0 at Emirates stadium.
Goals from Miller and Anthony Gerrard put to the deserved 2-0 win over Blackburn Rovers as they qualify for the semi-finals.
