Manchester City chances slims, Bayren Munich and Benfica qualify for the knock-out stage

November 22: Bayren ensured their progress to the next stage after beating Villareal 3-1. Frank Ribery scored the opening goal in 3 minutes and Mario Gomez easily put the ball into the empty net after a long range shot from Tymoshchuk came of the post.
De Guzman scored through an outstanding volley for Villareal just 5 minutes into the second half but Ribery rounded the keeper scoring again to seal the victory.
Napoli beat Manchester City 2-1 as the chances of Roberto Mancini's side narrows for qualifying to the next stage.
After 17 minutes Cavani headed the ball into the net on Lavezzi's corner and Balotelli equalised in 33 minutes. Cavani steered the ball into the net following Dossena's neat cutback.
Mancini believe they still have "a 30% chance" of qualifying for the next stage. They must beat Bayren Munich in the next match and Villareal had to stop Napoli from winning.
Real Madrid went on goal rampage beating Dinamo Zagreb 6-2 as they qualify for the next stage. The nine-time champions scored 3 goals in firs 9 minutes and Ozil scored the 4th in 20 minutes. Karim Benzema and Jose Callejón added 2 more goals and the Croatian side managed 2 goals in the end. Benzema and Callejón both scored two goals.
Benfica hold Manchester United as United hasn't yet qualified for the next stage.
Phil Jones gifted the visitors with a own goal in just 3 minutes while United struggled back as Berbetov headed the ball on Nani's cross.
In the second half, Fletcher scored on Evra's pin-perfect cross but just two minutes later Aimer slammed in on Bruno César cross following a lacklustre clearance from David de Gea.
Manchester United must not loose in their next match against Basel to qualify to the next round.
