Apple-Samsung 3G Clash

After making claims of patent infringement by Apple, Samsung seeks to ban sales of iPhone 4S in the country.

Australia -- Samsung has accused Apple of infringing upon its 3G wireless intellectual property, claiming that Apple has never tried to license its technologies.

An Australian court has scheduled a hearing in March giving permission for the handset to be sold till that time with lawyers representing Apple pressing for more time. However, "the longer it's left the harder it will be for Samsung", says Justice Annabelle Bennett, who rules out any possibility of a hearing in August.
