Day Care Nurseries For 140,000 Disadvantaged Toddlers, England

As many as 140,000 disadvantaged two year old children can have free nursery and child care places. Plans are to give 15 hours of early education to the two year olds from poor families.
This can be in nursery schools, children centers, day care nurseries, play groups, pre-schools and with accredited child minders. They say parents will be able to use their allocated time flexibly, between 07:00 am and 07:00 pm.
Children charity's have welcomed it but they say more investment is needed
