Priceless Painting Returned To Germany by US University

American University returned a priceless painting to Berlin Museum, 60 years after if was stolen.
During World War II so many of the art work was stolen, looted and destroyed. Artists consider it a big loss. Among 3000 lost artworks during World War II,  'The Flagellation Of Christ' was one. A painting created by an unknown artist in 1480s. Experts consider it one of the best piece of art from that period of time. It was stolen and later sold to Indiana University Museum of Bloomington. University handed it back to the German Museum considering them rightful owners.
