Russia May Change Its Priority In Space Missions!

Russian officials acknowledge that the probability of fixing space probe are almost zero. Yet they have time to establish connection with the probe till end of this month.
The unmanned $170 million probe as part of one of the most innovative space missions, was launched two weeks back but never got energies to fire to Mars Moon.
Many experts and scientists believe that may be the fault lies in the hardware rather software which is almost impossible to fix.
Russia's struggles for successful space researchers and many of the failed missions are evident but now it seems like Russia may change its space research priority from Mars to moon.
