Strict Discipline Doesn't Solve Students' Problems

Report by the JustChildren legal advocacy group says that while students are mostly suspended because of minor misbehaviour, suspension won't really help them. Rather, leaving kids at home would only do more to aggravate the situation.

JustChildren believes that schools should implement a discipline framework setting up the same expectations from all students and address the causes of misbehaviour to help students overcome those.
