Survey Reveals Teacher-Student Befriending Stats

Canada -- While only 6% of Canadian teachers befriend their students on Facebook, 88% believe it's a risky idea. Additionally, 8% know other teachers who have been victims of cyber baiting where students have exploited the reactions of their teachers to their responses.

However, there are other ways for teachers to interact with students such as setting up of special social accounts separate from their personal ones.
