After all the difficult lives, starvation and famine, a highly unpopular leading group banned 16 aid groups to operate in Somalians. This can cause high concerns as, according to a U.N estimate, so many have already died of starvation in the country and 250,000 are in need of food and nutrition.
Aid groups warned of heavy disaster if operations are disrupted in any form.
