China's One Child Policy Leads To Kidnapping!!!

Strange consequences followed China's one child policy. Local officials confiscated dozens of infants from poor rural areas of Hunan Province. When the poor bilogical parents failed to pay the fines for violating China's one-child policy, children were offered for adoption to foreigners.
