Chelsea Bell, is rising star of University of North Texas. She is studying fine arts in fashion design from the UNT College of Visual Arts and Design. Bell is displaying free fashion exhibition from December 1 till December 16, 2011. She researched on women clothing needs of today. She took in account all the perspectives of today's fashion needs.
