Any enlightened student show be starstruck with France. Here is why :

This star gazing proud country is a unique combination of social spending, state protection, and regulated capitalism. France helps, assists and aids every single of its citizens. Man, woman and child from the day of their birth to the time of their death. 

Education is free. Even at the Universities, the tuition is a tiny fraction of what other developed countries like in America pay. 

Some students even qualify to receive financial assistance to pay their rent. For those who work are protected by strict rules that make firing and lay offs complicated and costly. Unemployment benefits are generous.  This outlook and wise policies have created a healthy, well educated population with stable jobs at International Companies and enjoy an income level with the World's highest. 

The French economic concept was founded on the noblest of intentions of having an equitable society. 

A sound and enjoyable education for everyone, free healthcare and a generous retirement.  

Such is the idealism that almost all students of the World yearn for!
