Whenever
two bodies are moving across a same line, then if they are moving in same
direction side by side with velocities A and B, then both will observe each
other moving at velocity A-B, and if they are moving in opposite directions,
they will notice each other passing by velocity A+B, this phenomena is called
RELATIVE VELOCITY. The interesting fact here is that whenever some body is
moving opposite to light, it will observe light with the same 299,792,458
m / s even if it is moving with 0.99 times speed of light. This is a very
interesting and supportive fact to the Einstein’s Theory of Relativity
according to which speed of light is supreme and it can not be superseded in
any way.
