Dalai Lama Passes Political Responsibilities Onto Dr. Lobsang Sangay

As an increasing number of Tibetan monks and nuns set themselves to fire, the Dalai Lama hands over his political responsibilities to Tibetan exile, Dr. Lobsang Sangay. 


The Dalai Lama in addition to being the spiritual and until recently a political leader to approx. six million Tibetans is also a Nobel Laureate.
