Pain in limbs may be. Or too much frustration. A weak eye-sight. Bad tempers. Distant relationships. And too much 'unnaturalness' around us.
Yes, everyone needs some respite. It is never healthy to become a workaholic. Sitting 24/7 on your laptop, working day and night for no 'good reason', is never a good option. Why? Well, because human nature demands balance! Get up, breathe in fresh air, walk a little, enjoy a nice chat. In short get closer to what's natural and stay happier!
