Even before the fall of the Soviet Union, Russia was loosing its most qualified scientists assets. Once again the flooding emigration of qualified scientists has started.
According to these young scientists, a new wave of “brain drain” has already begun and if the situation doesnt change, a year from now there won't be any young scientists left out to stand up and protest against the situation to bring it under notice.
In October, 2011, a survey found that 22% of Russian citizens in general were prepared to leave the country. But scientists are specially different because they are welcomed differently outside.

Few scientists go for better economic benefits and others just prefer the lifestyle, in every case this is a great loss.
