Stats/ US employees want money not Parties

The Christmas is just around the corner. Many companies in US are planning on staff Christmas parties which would entail an expenditure of thousands of dollars. But the employees think that the companies shouldn't bother because they would prefer money to the party.

A Harris poll was conducted among 2,574 workers. 75% of them wanted a cash bonus. 62% opted for a salary increase and 32% desired more paid time off.

Only 4% wanted a Christmas party !
