Taiwanese HTC loses Apple Patent Case

Findings by the International Trade Commission suggest Apple patent infringement by Taiwanese mobile-phone maker HTC .

All HTC phones using the technology covered by the patent will thus be banned from sale in the US from 19 April, 2012. 

HTC has called the ruling "a win", since Apple had originally claimed 10 patents to have been infringed by the firm. Regarding the technology in question, the company said it would remove it from all their phones completely.
