Part4: Aggrandize - Atom - America
At the moment, the best theory is that everything in the universe is made up of 12 basic particles. 6 leptons and 6 quarks.
The leptons include the ever familiar electron, as well as such very unique particles as the muon and muon neutrino. The 6 quarks are known as the Up, Down, Charm, Strange, Bottom, and top quarks. The latter it should be added, has yet to be found, so it is always possible that this neat theory will fall apart just as well.
The hunt for the indivisible one is not quite over yet. Or maybe it is just so begining. Such is the beauty and agrandizement of Atomic Science.
America, the true Solitary Super Power in the world leads comfortably the rest of the world in both research and sciences. But the Japenese lead in Engineering and the Germans could most easily surprise the world in hard skills.
Just you wait and see. America has a major edge over the rest. Through Defense cover as a out of control policemen to the world, they get to invent and research early and they do the testing on the battleground before letting it slip thru their hands to the rest of the world!
But be Assured on Atom no one has a major advantage. If Atom is ever understood and its complexity solved, the Universe then just so beckons. New and dominating concepts would emerge.
But till then the 'ways of the Lord God only the Lord God knows'.
