The Crippling Curse
Of
Unemployability

It is no secret what this kaleidoscope of misery entails. This is the world's present time bomb ticking away. And no one quite knows how to understand it, what to say, of solving it. But all specialists and present day leaders must consider one vital step.

Each single one of us must consider a 'reform agenda' and use every fair means by making 'high quality' education a legislative priority at national, state and local levels.

If it did, business would become a major catalyst to ensure those fundamental changes necessary for long long-term educational reforms. That is clearly defined learning outcomes for students at key points in their educational careers.

The great German Giant Siemens Corporation has setup many apprentice programme in USA. Schooling is provided by community colleges, or technical high schools, professional training by companies, and some real  life values like, discipline, loyalty, self-respect. This is a great model. Ericsson Nokia, Alcatel etc must help out in the developing world.

But think and reason as you may, one critical consideration you will have to incorporate urgently.
We will have to rearrange the system so that teachers benefit directly from improvements in student performance and productivity. We must start any assault by thinking about teachers!!

H Decker, sums up brilliantly by posing a wise question. Are we certain about the future availability of work?? And adds, "another kind of labour suggests itself: between work and nonwork. We might have to educate the workforce of the future with this dichotomy in mind."

Dear, dear Me! Good night!
