Some of the most common things in life are sins. We commit and we forget, in some worse cases we do not even know that we have committed a sin. Here is this article to remind all of us that what kind of possible sins we should be avoiding in this life to make it better for ourselves and for others. The sins mentioned here may not seem very serious but they provide a foundation for other sins.
These are the seven deadly sins which are prohibited in different religions. They are excluded from the proper code of conduct. The doers of these sins are called “deviants”. But the dilemma of this age is that most of these things are not considered the deviance.

Greed is a sin of excess in which one wishes to gain power, material wealth or worldly status. It is somewhat close to what we call success in this era, but being successful does not purely involve greed. Balance in desires and having uncontrolled desires is the difference.

Having feelings of self-love or proud upon anything or blessings they have, like beauty, money, intellect etc. are considered as if they have a right to be proud. But as a matter of fact this is a sin, a sin for which they are going to be accountable. So be thankful instead of looking down upon others.

Sloth is a sin in which one fails to utilize the talents or blessings one is blessed with. It is an act of thanklessness. So one should be active and try to utilize what is one being blessed. It will bring prosperity in most of the cases.

Gluttony is the over-consumption of anything, it is considered a sin because it is based on the idea of withholding from the needy. If one is involved in this sin, one will be a hindrance in the flow of blessings e.g. food equally. The cure is to feel the feeling of the needy when you are hungry, it will give you a stimulus to be a distributor instead of a hindrance.

Anger is one of the things which takes a person out of its normal self. It is a state which not only gives you extra strength when you are in it, also it enable you do things which you will never do in your normal life. For example, abusing someone or even giving a blow in anger is so common. One should control these uncontrolled excessive feelings of hatred and anger.

Being jealous is quite common when we see someone happy or in an apparent better situation than we are. In this state one wants to deprive other of that blessing. But one should have firm belief in Allah that He is the best and He will definitely give what one strives for.

Lust is a sin in which one has excessive desires and cannot control oneself. This shows lack of self-control. The cure is to indulge in some constructive work and savour upon the accomplishments.
