Teen Team Wins Top Siemens Foundation Award

The ultimate science fair was held in December 2011 in correspondence toannual Math, Science & Technology competition held by Samsung Foundation. The competition aimed at finding the best and brightest in high school scientists and award them scholarships ranging from $10,000 to $100,000. The top position for the team category was grabbed by two seniors from Oak Ridge High School in Tennessee, Ziyuan Liu and Cassee Cain. The had successfully analysed a gait using Xbox 360’s Kinect with a camera and depth senso.
