To follow or not to follow...

By Sarah Mahmood

Another trait found commonly in the same genre of people (and which I touched upon a little) as I discussed yesterday is the very convenient habit of following others. This in many ways is linked to their innate habit of letting others define their lives for them.

Unable to look beyond the perspective of what praise or criticism others hold for them, such people find comfort in doing what has already been established, their ability to question 'lullabied' to sleep. As a consequence, these people are those with weak principles (or none at all!)

It really isn't about being the leader or the led. The issue at stake is their individuality and values that every human being should hold dear; not to supercede the rest but to get oneself acknowledged!
