Worker rescued after dangling from 10th floor

A Chinese worker had been suspended from the tenth floor of the building for an hour after a cage lifting him broke down. He's traumatized now. Officials at the site in China's southwest Guizhou province said the construction worker could have fallen at any moment.

Thick fog surrounding the building had hampered efforts to rescue the man sooner.
