Dhoni's last ball strike delivers India their first tie against SriLanka

Lasith Malinga celebrates after dismissing Suresh Raina
MS Dhoni (58) scored three runs of the last ball to end the tri-series match with Sri Lanka in tie at the Adelaide Oval.
Gautam Gambhir's responsible 91 including his 60 run partnership with Dhoni had left India needing 59 off 58. But after Gambhir run out, caught short by a direct hit from Nuwan Kulasekara, Sri Lanka came back into the match as the match came down with India requiring 4 of the last ball.
Malinga's wide full-length ball was calmly stretched across by Dhoni and carved high over the covers. The ball could not reach the boundary but Dhoni and last-man Umesh Yadav managed three runs for a thrilling tie.
Dinesh Chandimal was the hero for Sri Lanka whose astonishing 81 helped his side for a competitive 236-9.
