Google Motorola Merger

After significant debate the U.S. Justice Department seems to be prepared to officially approve Google's purchase of Motorola. Google and Motorola have worked hard to proved that there are no illegal rules involved. Motorola has a great development and hardware capability and Google has a powerful Android system. They buyout will take a right direction in the world of smart-phones. Both companies are likely to become one big company in near future. Of course thins could still go wrong but at this point analysts all agree that the deal is probably going to go through.
