SPECIAL DEDICATION FOR THE GREAT GLUTTONS OF THE WORLD

This is truly a bizarre event!! Over a hundred thousand fans gather to watch the  " International Hot Dog Eating Contest" every July 4th, at Coney Islands , USA. This folks, is the true 'Super Bowl' of competitive eating!! And if you have stopped laughing- hear this- this contest is overseen by the International Federation of Competitive Eating. One such champion , well ok, American Champion is Mr Joey Chestnut , 27. Wait just here is records:

•  42 Queen City Bratwursts in 10minutes
• 47 Grilled Cheese Sandwiches in 10 minutes
• 78 matzo balls in during world championship in Houston.

And For Your screams--one matzo ball is just the size of a baseball!!And the jaw dropping 72 ounce steak he polished off in 8 minutes and 52 seconds. Earlier last year he set another record by eating?? 9lbs of deep fried asparagus in 10 minutes. But hold on folks, don't assume that there is no training involved for this event.

Joey's training for such contests is a strict one of fasting, running , consuming protein supplements, drinking gallons of water to push his body to the limit , and performing full scale eating workouts during which he simulates the actual tournament. And competitive eating can be lucrative. Mr Joey earned dollars 225,000 last year from competitions, personal appearances, endorsements etc. No real competitor has emerged so far to challenge Joey. His last adversary was Takeru Kobayashi from Japan. Joey ate him out in no time. Joey Chestnut is a star fastest mouth on earth, and he is full of surprises as he attempts to wolf down 78 hot dogs in the next world championship, while the crowd screams and squirms with delight!!!
