French cows reared on fine wine
In an attempt to produce the best beef in Europe, farmers are feeding cows high quality wine daily. Now there's a 'Vinbovin' label of meat available in the best restaurants in Paris. The idea came from Jean-Charles Tastavy tested by feeding cows wine in a mix of barley, hay and grapes. It resulted in cows producing tasty beef. Mr Tastavy suggested that 1.5 litres amount of wine a day is good.
