Young man jams policeman's fingers in car window to avoid speeding ticket

Canberra, Australia : A 20 year old man was arrested yesterday because he jammed an officer's fingers in his car window and ran over his foot avoid speeding ticket. The policeman resolved the situation by breaking the car window with his baton and switching off the ignition. The driver was charged with assault and will face the ACT Magistrates court next month.
