Phillip Lim dresses neo-noir superheroines

In a nod to his ultra-modern Fall/Winter 2012-2013 collection, designer Phillip Lim has created a comic book titled Kill The Night, set to launch in September.

In a Sin City-like atmosphere, his models face the dangers of a world filled with violence and vengence wearing extremely structured monochrome outfits.

Illustrated by Jan Duursema (Star Wars), Kill The Night was co-written by Batman and X-Men author John Ostrander.

Clients purchasing at Phillip Lim stores during Vogue's Fashion Night Out (September 6) will receive a copy of the comic book. Kill The Night is also available to order on the designer's website.
