Ramjeet Raghav, 96-Year-Old Dad, Claims He Is World's Oldest New Father

Ramjeet Raghav, a 96 years old man from India has claimed that he has become world’s oldest new father, when his 52-year-old wife, Shakuntala Devi, gave birth to their second child on Oct. 5.

In his interview to Times of India he said by qualification he is bachelor and didn’t marry his whole life but 10 years ago he met with his wife and when they got married they decided to give birth to their babies and will extend their family. By the grace of GOD Almighty their wish came true when his wife gave birth their first child in November 2010. During interview he said "My neighbors are jealous and they keep asking me for my secret, but all I tell them is that it is God's will,"

Raghav didn’t want a second child but after his birth Raghav feels proud as he says “I feel lucky to have two healthy sons. It will be tough, but I’m a happy man.”, and still he thinks he is capable of having more Childs.

Raghav diet is milk, butter and almonds. Due to poor financial conditions he asked his wife to deprive from her ability to produce offspring’s because he can’t afford more babies. He wants his boys to go to school and study, and to give them all the basic necessities of life. The newborn baby is reported healthy.
