A cockatoo at the Vienna Zoo observed to manipulate sticks into tools

Humans used to believe that we were the only animals to use tools; however, we now know of a host of other animals that adapt inanimate objects into tools for specific purposes. Most recently, a cockatoo at the Vienna Zoo was observed to manipulate sticks into tools to allow it to obtain a food reward.
