Nicaragua unveils mega canal route

Nicaragua unveiled route of a $40 billion inter-ocean canal that will compete with the Panama Canal.

The Nicaragua's government is working with the Hong Kong-based HKND Group and hope the project will lift the Central American country out of poverty.

Environmental experts are raising the concerns about the ecological change while some argue economic inviability.
