FULLVIEW : THE HONOR 7X

Honor Malaysia has come out with its answer to the highly-competitive mid-range android phone market -the honor 7X.

Launched recently at Klpac, the display touts a FullView display, dual-lens photography, a improved performance, and long-lasting battery life, all at a very competitive price.

FullView is the is the name given to one of the newest trends in Android smartphones. It describes a 2:1 ratio display with full HD+resolution and thin bezels.

To the user, it means a slimmer phone that is easier to hold and use, with a taller screen space.

With the honor 7X, the display measures 5.93in edge-to-edge. It is powered by a Mali- T830 MP2 graphics processing unit that is part of the  octa-core Kirin 659 chipset.

The eight cores are made up of  four 2.36 GHz Cortex-A53 and 1.7 GHz Cortex-A53 units.

This processing power is coupled 4GB of Memory and 64GB of expandable storage.

For its primary camera, the honor X sports 16MP primary sensor and secondary 2MP sensor for depth sensing.

Together the two cameras create photos with depth-of-focus effect. The camera also uses Phase Detection Autofocus for speedy performance.

Powering the device is a 3.340mAh battery that the company touts can provide a full day of power.

Also, at the event honor Malaysia named SonaOne at its first local brand representative with its new product theme song, honor is Mine.

The honor 7x, which comes in black, blue, gold, and red colours.
