Cristiano Ronaldo scored a second-half free-kick as Real Madrid beat Brazilian side Gremio 1-0 in Club World Cup final in Abu Dhabi.
Madrid took control of the game from the start but found rare chances against a determined defense.
Ronaldo broke the deadlock at 53 minutes clipping the ball from 25 yards over the wall to the bottom corner of the net.
Real Madrid became the first team to win back to back Club World Cup titles and also equaled Barcelona's record of three titles.
