Now, we already know Taapsee Pannu has cemented her mark in the Indian film industry but this time, she has outdone herself.

The Thappad actor has been given the honor of being the most successful actor in Bollywood in the last one year, reported Hindustan Times.

What made her achieve this feat? The fact that the last five films she has starred in have all released within a year and collectively made a whopping INR 352 crore.

Pannu took to Twitter to share the news, expressing her gratitude towards her fans, friends and family.

''Oh.......nice! Didn't realise that happened. I guess I should take this moment in quarantine to pause, look back and celebrate the journey that it has been so far. Thank you.''

The actor's Thappad co-star Dia Mirza chimed in congratulating Pannu for her achievement. ''You must, Congratulations, lioness. I am so proud of you and the choices you make.''

The five projects that launched Pannu on the list include Badia, Game Over, Mission Mangal, Saand Ki Annkh and Thaapad. She will be next seen in the upcoming films Rashmi Racket and Haseen Dilruba.
